Project scope, approval, payment, ownership and care for your Synacraft project.
About these terms
These plain-English terms describe our public website offer. Your written project agreement confirms the scope, price, delivery and payment arrangements before work proceeds. Any project-specific variation must be agreed in writing. Synacraft is based in London, UK; no company registration or legal status is asserted here.
Website projects
Websites are custom-built, never templated. Live in days: the delivery plan depends on the agreed scope and on receiving your content, feedback and access. Our website offer includes up to 5 pages and 2 rounds of revisions. Extra pages, additional revision rounds and new functionality are quoted separately before being added.
Approval and payment
For website projects, we build your website first and you only pay once you love it. No deposit. We confirm the price and what counts as approval in writing, and agree the invoice due date and handover arrangements with you. We do not set an unagreed payment deadline or late fee in these terms. Business systems, support and additional work are scoped separately; the website payment offer does not automatically apply to them.
Content and ownership
You remain responsible for the accuracy and legality of content you provide and for having permission to use images, logos and other materials. Your agreement identifies the project deliverables and the ownership or licences transferred after payment. Third-party software, fonts and services remain subject to their own licences. Do not assume ownership of a third-party platform or service.
Website care and systems support
UK Website Care is £30/month, with the first 3 months free under the website offer; Ecuador Website Care is $25/month. Care includes hosting, updates, security, backups and ongoing website support within the agreed scope. Cancel anytime by contacting d'angelo@synacraft.com; we agree the end date and any hosting or data handover with you. Systems support starts from £150/month in the UK and $150/month in Ecuador and is agreed separately. New projects and major features are not automatically included in care.
Third-party services and results
Domains, payment providers, calendars and other external services can have their own costs, conditions and availability. We confirm dependencies as part of your scope. We do not guarantee search rankings, sales, uninterrupted availability or outcomes controlled by other providers.
Problems, liability and your rights
If something is wrong with the agreed work, contact us so we can investigate and discuss an appropriate remedy. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything the law does not allow us to exclude. These terms do not remove your statutory rights, including consumer rights where applicable. Any further limitation must be lawful and set out in your written project agreement.
Questions and changes
Contact d'angelo@synacraft.com before starting if anything is unclear. Changes to this page do not retrospectively change an existing project agreement without your agreement. These general terms should be reviewed alongside the written agreement for your project.
